Scottish-headquartered Aurora has acquired the Latin American assets of Altitec Blade Services, which is a separate entity from the parent group acquired in February (2024) by Swire Renewable Energy.

The ARC Wind deal is Aurora’s second significant international acquisition, following on from the October 2023 purchase of Houston-based Cotech Group.
