Career Opportunities

The UK alone has over 11,500 wind turbines onshore and offshore. Collectively these turbines have more than 34,500 blades. Each of these blades need to be inspected regularly by qualified turbine blade technicians to maintain their efficiency and performance.

This is leading us to a more sustainable future and helping to protect where we live and the wider health of our planet.

We are conscious that the search for a fulfilling career can be challenging. We want to make the process as simple as we can for you and to create a fulfilling workplace where you'll enjoy going to work each day.

A career with Aurora is taking ownership of the challenges we face globally, contributing to a positive future for us all. You will also join a dynamic and team orientated organisation, where the culture is built around collaboration and driving change.

Finally, we are a growing business operating in a sector that has a visible long-term future – not a bad place to find yourself.

Inclusion is how we unleash the power of diversity. We strive to promote belonging and empowerment at work. We listen and engage with our diverse communities.
