Objective

Extreme temperatures at the site, often exceeding 100°F, limited working hours and risked crew fatigue. Aurora implemented adaptive strategies including additional breaks, rotational crews, and night shifts to maintain productivity while protecting personnel health and safety.

Tested various pressure-washing setups and cleaning methods to identify the most effective approach.

Developed a practical manual cleaning method using degreasers, brushes, and rags.

Achieved thorough tower cleaning within 1–2 days per tower, depending on grease buildup, without requiring wastewater disposal or compromising environmental compliance.
