Overview
The GWO SinglePerson Advanced Rescue (Nacelle) enables learners to perform single rescuer advanced rescue operations, in a WTG nacelle, tower and basement environment. This is carried out using industry standard rescue equipment, methods and techniques, exceeding those of the GWO basic safety training, working at height module.
Awarding Body
The Global WindOrganisation (GWO) establishes and promotes standardized safety training courses to ensure the global wind energy industry's workforce is equipped with essential skills, fostering professionalism and safety through industry collaboration and ongoing enhancements.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of training, learners will be able to perform a single rescuer, rescue operation from a WTG nacelle, tower or basement area, using industry standard rescue equipment.
