As part of its strategy to expand its services portfolio and geographic reach, Aurora Energy Services has acquired Caithness-based, lifting and inspection firm, Northern Marine Services Limited (Scotland Ltd) (NMS).

Aurora has strengthened its board with the appointment of Tom Smith as Chief Operating Officer as it closes in on further acquisitions which will lay the foundation for establishing a £100 million revenue business.

R&M Engineering has officially become a part of Aurora Energy Services, and we are excited about the numerous opportunities this acquisition will bring.
