Christmas Tree Bypass Pipework

Aurora delivered a fast-track engineering and fabrication solution for the design and manufacture of production-critical bypass pipework. The project involved the complete survey, engineering, design, procurement, and fabrication of a super duplex bypass line and contingency pipework to support the continued operation of a critical offshore asset. Working to an accelerated programme, Aurora successfully delivered the project within a three-week schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Our goal was to rapidly design, procure, and fabricate a production-critical bypass pipework solution that would safely restore operational capability while minimising production downtime.
